How can I purchase an item from your website?
Click on the small arrows next to the name of the iTunes Store you are in. A drop-down list of all available iTunes Stores will then appear. To go to the US iTunes Store, select 'United States' (as highlighted in the picture above) from the list. You will then be taken to the US iTunes Store, where you can log into your US iTunes Account, Redeem iTunes Gift Cards, Access US iTunes Store content, etc. To go back to the iTunes Store where you came from, simply select it from the list of available iTunes Stores, as you did to go to the US iTunes Store.
To purchase an item for the website, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button under the item you'd like to purchase. Alternatively, you can click anywhere on the item's image. Your Shopping Cart will then appear in the same window, showing you the item(s) you have in your Shopping Cart, and giving you the options to edit the quantity or apply discount codes if you haven't done so already. If you've chosen to edit the quantity of the item(s) in your Shopping Cart, or applied a discount code, click 'Update Cart' for the changes to take effect. You can then choose to either 'Continue Shopping', or 'Checkout with PayPal' to pay for your item(s). When you click the 'Checkout with PayPal' button, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either log into your PayPal Account, or type in your payment details if you don't have an account, to pay for your item(s). Follow the simple payment process and in less than a minute, you could be redeeming your iTunes Gift Card in the US iTunes Store as I offer instant delivery on all iTunes Gift Cards.

To change stores and access the US iTunes Store, scroll down to the bottom of the iTunes Store home page. You will see the 'My Store' facility along with a the name of the iTunes Store you are in, and a flag of the country where your iTunes Store is located (See below).

To redeem an iTunes Gift Card, simply click 'Redeem' in the 'Quick Links' section of the US iTunes Store. This is located to the top-right of the US iTunes Store Home Page. Then, type your iTunes Gift Card code into the box provided and click 'Redeem' again. If you aren't already signed in to your US iTunes Account, you will be required to do so. If you don't have a US iTunes Account and would like to create one, see the instructions to the question right above this one. Once completed, the value of the iTunes Gift Card will appear next to your Apple ID at the top-right of the iTunes application.

Can I keep my original iTunes Account and have a US iTunes Account at the same time? Yes. You can have more than one iTunes Account at the same time. For example, you can keep your UK iTunes Account, open a US iTunes Account, and use them to purchase & download content from both stores. You can switch stores whenever you like to use each account. However, when setting up a US iTunes Account, you will need to use a different email address to the one registered with any other Apple or iTunes Account.

Why haven't I received my item?
If you haven't received your item, there are a number of reasons why this might have happened. One of these reasons could be that you have paid using an E-Check. An E-Check is simply an online version of a check. E-Checks can take up to 9 working days to clear, and it is only once the E-Check has cleared, that you will receive your item(s).

Another reason why you may not have received your item(s), is because the email(s) containing your item(s) may have gone into your spam/junk folder. Please check your spam/junk folders before contacting me about a missing item.

The final reason why you may not have received your item(s), is because PayPal's auto-system may have blocked your email address or not sent out the payment information. Unfortunately, I don't know why it does this, and it happens very rarely, but if the other reasons above aren't why you haven't received your item(s), then it should be this. If this happens to you, simply get in touch with the "Contact Me" button at top, and I'll re-send your item(s) as soon as possible.
